Our adult pop/rock ensemble is practicing hard for the April 27 concert. This group of 8 fantastic adults have bonded not only vocally but as a music community . I have the privilege to conduct this amazing group. It is my favourite time each week. “Sing” meets every Wednesday 7:30-9:00 pm to work on pop/rock numbers, strengthen their voice as well as to laugh and have fun. Background’s vary but the purpose to sing together knits this group.
Julie Boettcher is our accompanist and my co- leader. She brings her pop background to the group. Her love for pop, arranging and working with bands adds to this dynamic ensemble.
Saturday April 27 at 7:00 pm the group will be debuting their compilation of songs. We encourage people to come out and listen to the newest pop as well as old rock favourites. Also if you are thinking of joining “SING” in the fall then you do not want to miss coming out to this concert!!
